Meet Our Doctor

Dr. Doan, Dentist

Dr. Xuyen Doan is an enormous asset to our dental practice. His skills and expertise as well as his chairside manner make him a favorite with our patients.
Originally from Lincoln, Nebraska, Dr. Doan says his hometown dentist got him interested in the industry. After majoring in chemistry Dr. Doan graduated from the University of Nebraska Dental School in 2013 and received the Academy of General Dentistry Fellowship Award. He also speaks three languages (English, Spanish, and Vietnamese).
Dr. Doan recently moved back to Wichita., and now provides almost all dental services in the office, including root canals, restorations, dentures, dental implants, and Invisalign. “I love the personal relationships I get to build with the staff and our patients, and enjoy meeting the daily dynamic challenge of growing a family practice,” he says. “People need to know that their dental office isn’t sterile and cold – it’s a place of safety and trust.”
When he’s not helping create and maintain healthy, happy smiles, Dr. Doan can be found playing flag football (as well as other outdoor sports), continuing his education, and spending time with his extended family. He enjoys music and travel, and hopes to visit Europe and Africa to experience their culture and culinary delights. (He is also a Husker fan, but the rest of the practice staff has agreed not to hold it against him!)

Meet The Team

Cindy Letourneau, Office Manager

As office manager, Cindy ensures the office is running like a well-oiled machine while taking care of practice patients. She helps maintain the schedule, take care of insurance needs, manage accounts, educate patients on what the doctor has recommended, and help find ways to fit the treatment plans into their budgets.
Cindy grew up in Vancouver, WA and currently resides in Wichita, KS. She says her mother guided her into the dental field. “As a senior in high school, I had no idea what I wanted to do with my career. My mom suggested Dental Assisting and I have loved the field ever since. I have held many positions from receptionist, dental assistant, treatment coordinator, office manager to regional manager.” Cindy says the best part of her job is seeing the end results when patients complete their treatment their smiles, their confidence, and how happy they are with the dental office. “We have fun with our patients so being able to change their lives while we have a good time is priceless!”
Cindy has been married since 2016 and the couple have two adorable sons that keep them very busy. She dreams of globetrotting, saying, “       I would travel, I'd like to see places in every continent. I would take my husband and kids and any other family or friends I could talk into joining our adventure!”

Ashley Montgomery, Business Assistant

Ashley’s position as business assistant puts her in touch with every part of the practice. She helps maintain a smooth office flow, stepping in to facilitate appointment scheduling, treatment presentations, and ensure the highest level of patient care is provided.
Originally from San Francisco, CA, Ashley now lives in Wichita, KS. She attended Heritage College for Radiology and Expanded Functions Training. “I was aware from an early age that dentistry was a very rewarding field,” she says. “Most of my family work in the dental field and it seemed like a great profession! Being a people person is definitely an asset – my favorite part of the job is welcoming patients.”
When she’s not serving as a facilitator for a well-run practice or making patients feel at home, Ashley can be found relaxing with her dogs. Given the time and means to travel, she says she’d definitely have to visit Ireland and take her mom with her.

Ashley Frazier Dental Hygienist

For Ashley, being a dental hygienist means staying on her toes to take radiographs, clean teeth, and educate patients on how to better their oral health. She says, “I was unable to go to the dentist until I was 17 years old so it is very important for me to educate parents on the importance of homecare.”
Originally from Salina, KS, Ashley currently lives in Mulvane. She earned her Bachelors of Science degree in dental hygiene from Wichita State University, and says the best part of her job is patients who are able to see a difference in their oral health. “I genuinely care about people, so not only do I get to take care of their oral health, but I am able to make friends while doing it. My hope is that our patients know we are not here to hurt anyone -we care about their well-being!”
When she’s not making sure her patients know exactly how important their oral health is, Ashley can be found hanging out with her two “fur babies” out of doors or at the lake, or going to the Cotillion and attending country music events. “I am a huge country concert junkie!” she confesses, adding that her dream vacation would be to travel with her two best friends all over the US to as many concerts she could find. Ashley also worked with KMOM while in school and would love to continue to be able to work with the organization.

Ashley Jackson, Dental Assistant

Ashley’s job as a dental assistant includes tasks that are many and varied – on any given day, she can be found greeting patients, working up and explaining treatment plans, doing teeth cleanings for children, and helping the dentist with impressions for dental implants, Invisalign, dentures and crowns. She says what make her job meaningful is “The look on the patient’s face when they received their completed treatment. Awesome!!”
Ashley grew up in Wichita, KS, and moved around a bit as a child with her parents before returning to her home town. She is DA certified by Heritage College, underwent expanded duty training with Dr. Brick Scheer, and is also Invisalign, Osteo Ready Implant, CPR, and AED certified. She switched from doing customer service to dental assisting after a co-worker noticed her work habits and asked her if she would like to shadow her at the dental office. It didn’t take Ashley long to realize dentistry was a perfect fit for her personality and skills.
Ashley spends her Saturdays volunteering (she takes children from her church to visit the local library) and has a 9-year-old daughter who is also active in the church as well as being a cheerleader for the Wichita cowboys and a budding gymnast. Ashley enjoys relaxing, eating good foods, and hanging out with her daughter at the skating rink and bowling alley. Given the chance, she’d love to go back to school and complete 2 years of education in just one year.

Gabriela Hildibrand, Dental Assistant

Gabriela says the best part about dental assisting is getting to know her patients, teaching them the importance of a healthy mouth, and watching their dental health get better and better. “I love helping the dentist give our wonderful patients the best dental experience every time they visit our office!”
Originally from Wichita, KS, Gabriela currently resides in Haysville, KS. She earned her CDA from Heritage College, and says her decision to enter the dental field was closely tied to her own experiences growing up. “I know from personal experience how important dentistry is not only for your overall health, but cosmetically I've had a lot of dental work done to have my smile corrected. It has changed my life. It gave me the right amount of confidence that I had always been missing, and now I can say my smile is definitely my trademark!”
Gabriela, who is married with two sons, also says the team she works with makes every day better. “Our office is the best. I've never worked with a group of ladies as amazing as our team!” Gabriela would like to someday go on a dental mission trip.
